nautilus installs the file
/usr/share/applications/nautilus-folder-handler.desktop.
Because of this file I get an "Open Folder" menu entry all over in KDE,
be it in konqui's File menu, it context menu etc.
Please consider to add
Categories=GNOME;Application;Core;
OnlyShowIn=GNOME;
to this desktop file, so it only has an effect inside a Gnome session.
I removed it completely and I did not notice any problems within nautilus,
so I'm not sure if it is needed at all.
