Did you forget to package these files ?

In 7:6.2.4.5.dfsg1-0.14, when I tried reproduce the bug with an unsupported
format:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ convert test.cel test.jpg
convert: no decode delegate for this image format `test.cel'
