Subject: uprecords-cgi: Config ignored in /etc/uprecords-cgi/uprecords.conf -

Package: uprecords-cgi
Version: 1:0.2.0-0.1
Severity: normal
debconf asks questions, and configures file in
/etc/uprecords-cgi/uprecords.conf accordingly, however when
uprecords.cgi is called, it uses default settings and ignores those in
the conf file, until the conf file is copied to the same directory
and/or symlinked in the same directory as the CGI script..
Whilst this does allow multiple copies of the CGI script to have
different configurations, it is a bit misleading to have debconf ask the
questions and then not apply them.
Maybe good to ask user whether config file should be symlinked in.
Ie. ln -s ../../../etc/uprecords-cgi/uprecords.conf \
/usr/lib/cgi-bin/uprecords.conf
... or a note saying that the debconf selected options have been placed
in relevant etc directory, but won't be used until one copies the file
or symlinks it.
