This bug is caused by latencies in the buildd infrastructure.
You are using an apt frontend (aptitude I guess) that always tries to
dist-upgrade your installation, just doin' an 'apt-get upgrade' would
have kept squid to the currently instralled version until all the
packages are available, which will happen with the next dinstall run,
tomorrow.
Please hold the squid-common package until tomorrow and the upgrade will
succeed.
