There is a problem with encoding in chat window and userlist:
Most of dc users use windows and windows encoding (for russian it's
cp1251), but under linux most of users prefer UTF8 (or 8bit koi8-r).
The only chance is running linuxdcpp with another locale, but it's makes
troubles with cyrillic filenames.
I think that the best idea will be an option for hub wich will allow to
set remote encoding and local one and use this setting to convert all
main channel.
(I mean main session with hub, which is used for chat, privat messages,
userlist etc, not only main chat.)
