Package: gnome-terminal
Version: 2.14.2-1
Severity: important
Hello,
I have discovered that on a fresh installation (done yesteday) the
middle click copy/pasting does not work. Selecting a string in the
terminal then middle clicking in another app (e.g.: firefox) results in
a paste from a previously selected string, not the one in the terminal.
Also, after selecting the string in the terminal, trying to use the Copy
command from the menu or context menu does not result in the string to
be stored in the clipboard, so there is no way to copy text from the
terminal, thus the severity.

Hi,
Thanks for following up on the bug report. I'm closing it now, but for
the future, if you want to close bugs, all it takes is sending a mail
with an explanation to [EMAIL PROTECTED] If the bug was fixed in
a specific version, you need to add this as "Version: 1.0-1" as the
first line.
This is documented here,
