default config file /etc/php4/conf.d/suhosin.ini has wrong comment -- in
php.ini context is comment line begining with ; insted used #. This affect
package php5-suhosin too. (it's quite confusing, e.g. Apache will skip rest
of file, when is found error in parsing)
