Package: request-tracker3.4
Version: 3.4.1-2
Severity: important
Hi,
by default, header 'Content-Transfer-Encoding' is '8-bit', wich makes some MUA
(mostly webmail as afar as i've seen) to not display message correctly.
using 'Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit' fixes the problem.
regards,

This was fixed in 3.4.2-1, which was unfortunately too late for the
stable release. The bug has been kept open for reference to sarge
users, but with the upcoming etch release, I'm closing this properly
now.
