don't work, they are simply ignored. Especially the non-working "-h"
is annoying, when the game unintentionally starts then and is currently

- 04_CXXFLAGS_abuse: Upstream forced to use -O3 -march=i686 as CXXFLAGS,
so I had to disable it.
- 05_remove_vorbis_useless_dependency: checklib sorted out a useless
direct dependency on libvorbis (in fact it is accesed through
libvorbis{file,enc}). Removed from configure.
* debian/glob2.6: Updated with current options. Specifically, help is
displayed with --help, not -h, and OpenGL renderer is disabled with -G,
not -t 0 (closes: #397748). -h is not "simply ignored", but on the
opposite is an abbreviation for 'high quality graphics'.
