Package: python2.4-tk
Version: 2.4.1-2sarge1
The version of package python2.4-tk released with Etch (most recent
stable Debian) depends on
python2.4.1-2sarge1. But the python package in Etch is version
python2.4.4-3 and so package
python2.4-tk can not be installed.
The solution is to recompile python2.4-tk against the Etch release
python2.4.4-3.
Thanks,
Jim Ahlstrom
