Package: apt-listchanges
Version: 2.59-0.2
Severity: normal

apt-listchanges seems to be completely broken when run from a VT. It
does what I expect when running in X11, and uses Firefox to display
the changes, and waits until FFOX exist before proceededing.

When run from a VT (under /usr/bin/screen), I can see that a lynx
process is spawned, and begins to read the changes file /tmp/, but it
seems to die immediately, and the installation continues without
listing any changes.
