Mozilla would not start cause wnck-applet was using it's old pid after
reboot. This dose not seam smart the check should also include a partial
name match. I.E. "moz" or "illa" in /proc/$old_pid/cmd.

I can't reproduce this with iceape (which now replaces mozilla), it seems to be
checking more than the pid now. Closing accordingly.
