After upgrading to the newly released Mozilla the printing is not
using the margins anylonger. Also the setings of the margins starts
in mm but after printing the are changed to inches. The preview
looks OK. It is OK printing mail but not webpages.

AFAICS, this is now okay with iceape, which now replaces mozilla.
