I have the "Middle-click, Ctrl+click or Ctrl+Enter on links in a Web
page" enabled in the Navigator|Tabbed Browsing preferences for Mozilla.
If I right-click on a link in a mail message and select "Open Link in
New Tab" then the URL is opened, as expected, in a new tab in the
browser window. However, clicking on the link with the middle button, or
using ctrl+click or ctrl+enter doesn't work at all, the URL is not
opened.
Simply clicking on the link does open the link in the current tab.
Middle-click, Ctrl-click and Ctrl-enter work correctly on links in the
browser window.

It works perfectly with iceape, which now replaces mozilla.
