Hi,
thanks for your report and sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the
massive amount of spam, we were forced to moderate the mailing list
where the official Debian maintainer of dia points to. This was intended
as a moderated list but I just noticed that the configuration was broken
(and fixed it). I hope this works better in the future.
