Dia's --export-to-format= option does nothing; it still tries to deduce
the format from the filename.

Also, even if dia aborts with error, it exits with status 0. This is
bad.

Hi,

I'm closing this bug since the option --export-to-format is gone
completely now. See also #408705. (Further, no response from reporter
for >2 years.)
