Package: libshout3
Version: 2.0-7.1
Severity: normal

When trying to compile mserv-0.40 (a streaming music package), the
configure gives this output:

    checking shout/shout.h presence... yes
    checking for shout/shout.h... yes
    checking for shout_new... yes
checking for pthread_create in -lpthread... yes
configure: error: This libshout isn't threadsafe

If I compile libshout2.0 myself, no such error results. It seems that
maybe libshout was configured with the --disable-pthread argumnt.
