bugs.debian.org displays the bodies of bug reports - ie, email body
texts - in a proportional font.  It should use <pre>...</pre>.

I assume that this change was done deliberately, but I don't
understand how anyone could possibly think it was a good idea.  It
makes them slightly prettier but breaks that any attempt to show
transcript fragments or tabular information or any of the other
multitude of things for which we rely on email being displayed, at the
recipient, in a fixed-width font.

It does display in monospace font with iceape, which now replaces
mozilla.
