I've tried printing a large text file (the GPL licence) in AbiWord
without any margins, headers or footers and the printable area with my
Epson Stylus Color (sic) 660 is 217mm x 272mm. The bottom 20mm is not
printable and the printable area begins 4mm from the left edge of A4.

Other 10 x (85 x 54) templates give the same result - I started off
using DECADry DAW-327 and tried DECADry SCW-2090 too.

For whatever reason, the print out is now fine. The alignment is
correct. I suspect some issue with the print subsystem but I cannot be
certain. I started again with a new glabels document with the same
business cards, OCC-3727. The new file printed with the correct
alignment. I then decompressed the old and new files and compared the
XML - the template section of the file was identical. Upon printing the
old file, I found that the alignment was also correct.

The only thing that I've done with the print server since the bug
report is upgraded it to Etch so I can only assume that some quite old
parts of the printing subsystem were to blame for the original bug.

Closing the bug report.
