Package: xorg-x11
Version: 6.8.2.dfsg.1-4
Priority: wishlist
This source package provides several dummy packages which are present in
sarge, etch and sid: xlibs-pic, xlibs-dev and xlibs-dbg.
As these are dummy transition-only package (for woody), is there
any reason why these should still exist in the distribution?
Notice that we currently only support upgrade paths from stable
(currently sarge) to "new stable" (currently etch) and in both
these distributions these packages are dummy package. For more
information read the Release Notes [1].
If they are no longer required, please ask for their removal by
reassigning this bug to ftp.debian.org or remove them from
your control file in your next upload.
Regards
Javier

Closing since these transitional packages have been removed a while ago,
at least before Etch got released.
Thanks,
