Package: starfighter
Version: 1.1-2
Severity: important
When I run starfighter, I get a blank screen, and nothing ever
happens. It doesn't respond to any signals (including kill -9), and
totally blocks the sound. I see these running:
root 2989 0.0 0.1 1580 564 ? D< 01:11 0:00
/sbin/modprobe -q -- sound_service_0_1
root 2994 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? S< 01:11 0:00 [khelper]
root 2995 0.0 0.0 1536 516 ? S< 01:11 0:00
/sbin/modprobe -q -- snd_seq_oss
these also are immutable to signals.... I can kill the window, but
that doesn't kill the process. If I kill the window, then I can start
it with no sound and things function like "normal"
