Package: libpam-unix2
Version: 1.25-1.1
Severity: important
in the README.Debian file, it is noted that the /etc/default/passwd file
has been moved to /etc/security/pam_unix2.default, however, the module
only recognizes this configuration file at /etc/default/passwd.
if i leave the configuration file at /etc/security/pam_unix2.default,
passwords are hashed with crypt despite having configured
CRYPT=blowfish. when i move the file to /etc/default/passwd, i get
blowfish passwords.
