Please change the dependency on makedev to makedev | udev to allow
removing makedev from systems which do not need it. This does not need
any special handling when running it, /dev/MAKEDEV will be a symlink to
/bin/true.

(./MAKEDEV) instead of /sbin/MAKEDEV.
