Hi,
If the portmap daemon isn't running, rpc.dracd won't start up. Perhaps this
could be documented - the reason is that
dracd fails silently - /etc/init.d/drac start shows exactly the same when it
fails as when it does start:
'Starting drac - dynamic relay authorization control: rpc.dracd.'
