Package: exaile
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source
In next releases or if you are building from upstream intltool will be
needed. I recommend to put as build-dep:
intltool intltool-debian
since locales will not be build without that two packages.

OK, that is what I thought : you are talking of post-0.2.9 versions,
which have NOT been packaged yet in Debian (actually I have the
package ready, and I'm just waiting for it to be approved and uploaded
to the archive).
Sorry if the bug sounded severe but since it does not build with the packages
the apt-get build-dep recommended out of the box I thought I should advise
this.
You cannot expect the 0.2.9 source package to be able to cleanly build
the svn or 0.2.10 version. Please do not file bug reports against
non-official packages (and especially not release critical bugs!). If
you have difficulties building exaile-0.2.10, please just wait for the
new package to be uploaded to sid, which should happen very soon now.
That said, I appreciate your sending of recommendations on exaile's
build-deps. I was just a bit surprised to get a RC-bug report for a
version that hasn't even been packaged yet...
Cheers,
François
