sensible-browser should pass options like --new-tab etc to the browser.
Otherwise it beats the purpose sometimes of tabbed browsing. One wouldnt
want a new window open each time one clicks on a link in xpdf or some
other app.

You can achieve this by setting the BROWSER environment variable.

Reopen the bug if you have a better way this can be done generically.
