About a week ago, there was an important update of kde, including amarok.
After that, when try to play any song, it just displays one (or more) little
yellow window on left bottom saying (in Spanish):
"Error al cargar el medio
No hay ningún descodificador disponible.
file:///path/to/file.mp3"
my translation to that would be: "Error while loading the media. There is no
available
decoder"
Maybe I don't know too much, but it was working before the update...

Install libxine1-ffmpeg and it will work again.
