Old versions of gri didn't have "set page size" so the current version
of gri complains when processing old gri command files that contain "set
page landscape" without first having a "set page size" command. Perhaps
gri should check an environment variable or /etc/papersize or assume
letter (or the European format if that can be detected) instead of
bailing out.
