Xawtv (a X11 program for watching TV) flips.
If I open it, the TV layer with livepicture remains on the same position
in all workspaces, without any window. Complicated to explain. So I
have to make it sticky so it follows around anyway. So I can maximize or
minimize it by choice. The previuse upstream version didn't behave this
way.
