As long as sympa (wwsympa mainly, and the SOAP interface which seems to
require fastcgi) is working with libapache2-mod-fcgid, I think the
suggestion on non-free mod_fastcgi shouldn't be there any longer.

I'm not sure it's working yet, but will try and test it.
