I tried to change action.d/0-update to use dselect instead and thus
installed a config.d/0-update which sets APTCOMMAND=/usr/bin/dselect
However, this APTCOMMAND is also used for subsequent action files.
Most likely this is because herevariables_store is called *after* the
action-local conf-file is sourced.
