RFC 2616 (HTTP/1.1) specifies that if both a Host header and a full
URI are specified in the request selector, the full URI should be
honored and the Host header MUST be ignored.
However, oops passes along the Host header to the upstream server,
which leads to weirdness. For example, this request:
GET http://packages.debian.org/reportbug HTTP/1.1
Host: localhost:3128
Connection: close
results in a 404.
(oops also violates the RFC by processing this request if the Host
header is omitted, instead of sending a 400 response code.)

Package: oops
Dear submitter,
Oops has been removed from debian/unstable on 19 Aug 2007 as documented
in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=438648. I'm
therefore closing the bugs as directed by the removal notification.
Thanks again for your interest in the oops package. I'm sorry that this
package was in such a bad shape, therefore I think removing it was the
best way to deal with the package.
