I'd like to see a version usable with request-tracker3.4. Would it be
possible by just putting the templates to /usr/share/request-tracker3.4?

This was done in 2.0.3-1.1 (released with Etch), and the current version
has now switched to request-tracker3.6. I'm closing this bug accordingly.
