This would be a general bug for (almost ?) all Debian packages. It is
not possible to know what the sysadmin has done with his system.
However, I have changed the postinst script so that the correct path to
the rkhunter script is specified (/usr/bin/rkhunter --propupd). This
will avoid such issues in the future.
