This seems to be an interesting question: It was also raised at ubuntu,
see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qca/+bug/128505

It may be useful for mailody (and perhaps other software outside the
repository) to keep qca1 around in parallel to qca2.

While libqca1c2 and libqca2 can be installed at the same time, they can
not both be in the same release if they come from different versions of
the same source package.

Therefore I consider moving version 2 of qca to a different source
package named qca2. Opinions?
