If all the groups a feed is a member of are deleted, then the feed retains
its uncategorized status.
1) Create a new feed.
2) Create a new group.
3) Associate the feed to the group.
4) Delete the group via the Preferences menu without removing the feed from
the group.
5) Switch to the Uncategorized view.
The feed will not be listed in any view except "All".
There is a good chance I'll attach a patch tomorrow. I *imagine* it's a
matter of stale key existing. The group delete code should ensure all the
children are properly unjoined first.
