Hi,
This bug is *really* old, and I don't see any way to reproduce it (I don't
see it should take more than a couple of seconds to register the
documentation, and in the next upload that process is skipped anyway, because
it won't use dhelp files anymore).
So, I'm closing because it's useless now :-/ If you have any problems with
current versions of dhelp, please file another bug with more information.
