the orig.tar.gz of xulrunner_1.8.0.14~pre071019b-0lenny1 which is in
testing-proposed-updates is missing in the main archive[0], whereas it
is present in the security archive[1]. The file is mentioned in the
dsc file[2], but not in the changes[3].

This bug only affects the version in TPU (which i presume will get
deleted when the version from unstable migrates to testing), not the
version in unstable. Mark it as such.
