Package: fai-server
Version: 3.1.8
Severity: wishlist
I believe that fai-server should not need to recommend such outdated
packages as rsh-server or recommend packages such as tftp/syslinux
or dhcp-server, which may well reside on another server in the
network — the FAI server is the FAI server and not necessarily the
DHCP/etc. server.
Please reconsider the dependencies. It might also make sense to
further split the package such that the *server* needs not depend on
tools such as mkisofs.
Thanks for your consideration.

the recommends of rsh-server was removed in FAI 3.2.
dhcp3-server should be recommended futher on, since in most people
will have their dhcp daemon running on the fai install server.
