package: python-openid

openid.store.sqlstore.PostgreSQLStore is trying to import psycopg
which is outdated from my opint of view. Furthermore python-psycopg in
conflict with python-sqlalchemy, so it will be wise to replace
'psycopg' with 'psycopg2', since they are replaceable by each other in
that case.

Thanks

Version 2.0.2 seems to allow both psycopg and psycopg2, so closing this bug.
