The one line minibuffer (?, the most bottom window) is too narrow to display the
whole function, macro, etc. call convention help.

This is clearly not a bug, but mostly configuration problem.  For this
reason, I closed the bug.  Feel free to reopen it if you (still) think
the contrary :-)
