Hi Lars,

sorry that it took me 1/2 year to reply ;-)
keyjnote itself is not very suitable for .desktop since it is has CLI.
BUT there is now keyjnotegui which is a GUI interface to keyjnote and it
does have .desktop file associated with the tool. I think this should
resolve the issue - thus I am closing the bug
