First of all I'd like to thank you for maintaining this extremely useful
and handy software. The import/export facilities are not matched by any
tagging software I know of. Second, thank you for being so responsive to
requests. I reported a bug in the past and I was amazed at how quickly
it was solved and went live.
This is just a suggestion. I noticed that new tags are always created
with charset ISO-8859-1. It would be useful to be able to choose the
default charset for new tags. Or, at least, to get it from the current
system locale. My current locale is:
