Package: backuppc
Version: 3.0.0-3

backuppc suggests rsync and ssh
but depends from tar, exim and samba

from my point of view all of them are optional
I may choose not to send email from backuppc or working in an all Linux
environment I do not need samba but I need rsync.

To make the package dependencies consistent please change exim4,
samba-common, tar and smbclient to suggests.
