eb-utils 3.3.2-4 doesn't include ebutils.mo.

Hmm, your APT prefers `stable', but your system is already
half-upgraded to lenny/sid. (libc6 2.7-4 is for sid, libeb7 is for
etch, zlib1g 1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-7 is for lenny...)
For lenny/sid, instead of libeb7, libeb12 is provided. When
dist-upgrading from etch to lenny/sid, libeb7 is removed, libeb12
is installed, and then eb-utils is upgraded.
I recommend that you dist-upgrade your system correctly.
Thanks,
