Package: libapache2-mod-perl2
Version: 2.0.2-2.4
Severity: normal

Documentation is not explicit on weather PerlSetEnv updates %ENV
only for requests, but it certainly breaks mod_perl 1 behaviour - it
used to work for PerlRequire.
