Package: gdm
Version: 2.18.4-1
Severity: normal
--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
I'm not sure if it coincided with a gdm upgrade or some of the
other gnome 2.20 upgrades but sometime within the last month or 2
sound quit working on the gdm login page. The sound files still exist
and play in gnome. Once I log into gnome, gnome sound effects play correctly.

In fact this had nothing to do with GDM, this was fixed by gnome-session
2.20.2-1.
