Package: pcsx-df
Version: 1:1.813-1
Severity: normal

When trying to run the third disc of Final Fantasy VII from
/dev/cdrom, I get the following output

    $ pcsx -nogui
    Checking plugin_is_available - libDFXVideo.so
    Checking plugin_is_available - libDFSound.so
    Checking plugin_is_available - libDFCdrom.so

    The program '<unknown>' received an X Window System error.
    This probably reflects a bug in the program.
    The error was 'BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)'.
      (Details: serial 11 error_code 8 request_code 140 minor_code 14)
      (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
       that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
       To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
       option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
       backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
    $ echo $?
    1

There is a slight (perhaps one second) delay after the last
libDFInput.so message.

I note that the CD drive does not spin up when running the above
command.

I get similar output when trying to open .bin (not .iso) images that
worked on i386 using pcsx when last I tried it (a year or two ago).

I am using the Ratpoison window manager.
I have no joystick or mouse attached.
I deleted my old ~/.pcsx (created by version 1.699) before doing the
above tests.

PS: the new GTK2 plugin GUIs are much prettier than the FLTK1 ones.
