Due to the fact that it's pretty much unmaintained, we're working on
removing libwww from the archive.
xdvik-ja is one of the few packages that build-depend on it, and needing
to be sorted. It appears that your package doesn't make use of the library
anymore, so all you should have to do is remove libwww-dev from the
build-dependencies.
