Severity: normal
I have not gone deeply into this problem because xsltproc seems to be
working fine. I'm using Saxoncat on a docbook-xml file and standard docboo=
k-xsl
stylesheets to change into chunked xhtml. What saxon does is add the
xmlns declatation in a top div element: xmlns:.0=3D""
Then all the attributes under that (but not elements) have ".0" has the
namespace, even though this isn't supposed to happen according to the style=
sheet.
Contact me for more information.

Hi.
as the subject says lib-saxon-java is removed from
testing/unstable and replaced with libsaxon-java.
Therefore the following bugs reassigned to
libsaxon-java are already done:
#176763: please make a -doc package for lib-saxon-java
- a doc package is provided as libsaxon-java-doc
#188460: Change name lib-saxon-java to libsaxon-java
- obviously doen, as the new name is libsaxon-java
#151007: lib-saxon-java: Changes the namespace of attributes
- should be fixed, according to bug report with the new
upstream version > 6.4.4
#141334: lib-saxon-java: doesn't handle single curly braces
- should be fixed, according to bug report this is fixed
in upstream 6.5.1
#154155: lib-saxon-java: package well behind current stable version
- well the current version IS the most uptodate version for the
XSLT 1.0 specification. The current version Saxon-B 8.4 provides
XSLT 2.0 and other specifications not yet really released.
This should be packaged as extra package IMHO and therefore,
if wanted, filed as a wishlist bug on wnpp.
Regards,
Wolfgang
